Terms for using Green Room, looking after your journal and sharing respectfully.

Using Green Room

Green Room helps you keep a personal record of concerts you attended, the artists and venues you experienced, and your own impressions. The iPhone app requires an account. The separate browser app also supports a local journal. Account features provide synchronization, discovery and optional sharing. This public website provides product information and support guides.

Green Room is offered in the United States to people who are at least 18 years old. You must meet these eligibility requirements to use the service.

Use Green Room lawfully and for its intended features. Your collection comes from concerts you log as attended. Saving a listing, choosing an artist preference or writing a review does not establish that you attended a concert.

Your account and journal

Use an account you are authorized to access, keep your sign-in details private and give accurate account information. Do not impersonate another person or use a username that misleads people about your identity or affiliation.

You are responsible for the entries and materials you add. Keep your own exports of memories you want to preserve. Device loss, clearing browser storage, unavailable services or software problems can affect access to a journal. The iPhone and browser journals use separate local formats; do not assume that one automatically imports or backs up the other.

Signing out does not delete an account or erase its stored records and public contributions.

Your content and sharing

You keep the rights you have in your journal entries and original photographs. Upload only material you have the right to use, and respect other people’s privacy, copyrights and attribution requirements.

Permission for content you upload is limited to storing, processing and displaying it to provide Green Room’s features, following the audience you select. Sharing a concert review also shares its attached photos with that audience. Friends must approve before their names appear on a concert. Choosing to share a print through another app gives that app and its recipients a copy outside Green Room’s audience controls.

Artist and venue contributions publish information and photographs to the shared catalog when completed. They are public catalog material, not private journal entries. Do not submit a photograph simply because you found it online; check that you have the necessary rights. A published catalog contribution may be corrected or removed as part of catalog care. Catalog uploads retain the original file and its embedded metadata; remove any private metadata before uploading. New uploads do not grant the public a reuse license. Existing licensed photographs and previously confirmed upload permissions keep their original terms.

Green Room’s name, amplifier mark, original illustrations and interface remain subject to their owners’ rights. Catalog photographs, fonts and provider content may have separate licenses or credits. Keep required credits with material you are permitted to reuse. See Credits for this website’s asset information.

Respect for other people

Do not use Green Room to harass, threaten, discriminate against or expose someone’s private information. Do not upload unlawful or infringing material, send spam or make misleading claims about another person’s attendance or approval.

Do not attempt to access someone else’s private journal, bypass permissions or security controls, disrupt services or abuse discovery and account endpoints. Report a content, privacy or rights concern through Support.

Listings and other services

Catalog information and nearby concert listings may be incomplete or change. Check the organizer’s or ticket provider’s current details before making plans. Green Room does not sell tickets or guarantee admission, ticket availability, event details or that a concert will take place.

Ticket links, the App Store, sign-in providers and other external services have their own terms and privacy practices. Purchases or other arrangements you make there are with that service. A recommendation or listing in Green Room is not an endorsement or an affiliation with an artist, venue or organizer.

Availability and changes

Features can vary by app version and require a compatible device, permission or connection. Account and discovery services may be interrupted, and third-party information can become unavailable. Green Room cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately.

Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Questions and updates

Read the privacy policy for how journals, accounts and optional permissions work. Practical help is available on Support. You can send a question to support@greenroom-app.com.

These terms may be updated as Green Room’s services change. Updates will appear on this page.
